Considered care, quietly done.

IV therapy, peptide programs and medical weight management, led by registered practitioners in Surry Hills and by telehealth.

This is a demonstration clinic, built to showcase EsterRx online booking.

The clinic

EsterRx Wellness is a small clinic in Surry Hills. We work in three areas: intravenous vitamin and hydration therapy, prescriber-led peptide programs, and medical weight management. Every program begins the same way, with a consultation, a history, and pathology where it is indicated. Nothing is dispensed from a menu. Our nurses and prescribers are registered in Australia, our rooms are quiet, and our notes are complete. Care here is unhurried, and it is written down.

What we do

Three pillars, one front door.

Each of the three begins with the same appointment, because a prescriber has to see you first.

A clear intravenous bag hanging from a slim brass stand in a quiet consulting room, its shadow cast on a pale wall.

Pillar one — In-clinic

IV therapy

Vitamin and hydration infusions, administered in-clinic by registered nurses. A prescriber authorises each infusion after reviewing your history, and that authorisation is recorded in IV scripting software, so your file stays complete. Sessions are held in a private room and take about an hour.

What to expect

  • A short intake form, and a review of your medical history.
  • Authorisation by a registered prescriber before anything is prepared.
  • Cannulation and infusion by a registered nurse, in a private room.
  • A note in your file, and a review appointment where one is indicated.

Pillar two — Prescriber-led

Peptide therapy

Peptide programs are prescriber-led from the first appointment onward. Suitability is assessed at consultation by a registered prescriber, with pathology where it is indicated and written informed consent before a program begins. Our prescribers document every program with peptide scripting software from EsterRx, and review it at set intervals.

What to expect

  • A consultation with a registered prescriber, in-clinic or by telehealth.
  • A full medical history, and pathology where it is indicated.
  • A written plan, with informed consent recorded before anything begins.
  • Scheduled reviews for as long as the program runs.

Pillar three — Prescriber-led

Medical weight management

A clinical program, not a product. Suitability is assessed at consultation by a registered prescriber, who takes a full history, arranges pathology where it is indicated, and agrees a written plan with you. Reviews are scheduled from the outset, because a plan is meant to be adjusted.

What to expect

  • An initial consultation of forty-five minutes, in-clinic or by telehealth.
  • A full medical history and, where it is indicated, pathology.
  • A written plan, discussed and agreed with your prescriber.
  • Regular review appointments with the same clinical team.

How a visit works

Four steps, in order.

  1. 01

    Book online

Choose a time from the live calendar below. A confirmation and a short intake form arrive by email before your appointment.

  2. 02

    Consultation

You meet a registered practitioner, in-clinic or by telehealth. They take a history, answer your questions, and arrange pathology where it is indicated.

  3. 03

    Your plan

If a program is appropriate, your prescriber writes it down, talks it through, and records your informed consent. Every script is entered into peptide IV scripting audit software, so your record stays complete and auditable.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

Review appointments are scheduled from the start, with the same clinical team. Plans change over time; the notes change with them.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. Every service here is prescriber-led, and suitability is assessed at consultation by a registered prescriber. That includes infusions, which are authorised individually. The consultation can be held in-clinic or by telehealth.

Can I be seen by telehealth?

Consultations and review appointments can be held by telehealth, anywhere in Australia. Infusions are given in-clinic only, by registered nurses, because they must be administered in person.

Will I need pathology?

Sometimes. Your prescriber arranges pathology where it is indicated, and discusses the findings with you before a plan is agreed. Where it is not indicated, it is not ordered.

Who will I see?

Registered Australian practitioners. Nurses administer infusions; doctors and nurse practitioners hold consultations and reviews. Names and registration details are given to you at your first appointment.

What does informed consent involve?

Your prescriber explains what is proposed, what it involves, and what the alternatives are, then answers your questions. Consent is recorded in writing before a program begins, and you may withdraw it at any time.
